Tour Inclusion

Accommodation with Comfortable Rooms and Amenities

You will be staying in carefully selected lodges and camps that provide comfortable, well-appointed rooms or tents, each equipped with essential amenities to ensure a restful stay in nature. This includes en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, and often a private terrace or balcony with scenic views.

Three Meals Daily (Depending on Arrival and Departure Times)

Guests will be provided with three delicious meals each day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The timing of the meals will be adapted to the arrival and departure schedules, ensuring that you are well-fed before experience on your safari adventures or after a day of exploration.

Soft Drinks, House Wines, Local Brand Spirits and Beers, Selection of Premium Wines, Sparkling Wines, Spirits, and a Large Selection of Cocktails Made with Premium Alcohol

Enjoy a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, house wines, local spirits, and beers. For those seeking a premium experience, there is a selection of top-tier wines, sparkling wines, and premium spirits, along with an extensive cocktail menu featuring high-quality alcohol, making your stay even more special.

Refreshments While on Game Viewing Drives

During your thrilling game drives, you’ll be offered refreshing drinks to keep you hydrated and energized. Whether it's cold water, juices, or light snacks, these refreshments are served as you explore the parks and enjoy the wildlife.

Laundry Service and Wi-Fi

To enhance your comfort, laundry service is available, allowing you to keep your clothes fresh throughout your safari. Additionally, Wi-Fi is provided in most lodges or camps, so you can stay connected with family or friends or share your safari experience with others.

Park Fees, Concession Fees, and Tourism Development Levy (TDL)

All necessary park fees and concession fees are included in the package. These fees help support the conservation of the parks and support local communities. The Tourism Development Levy (TDL) is also covered, which helps fund sustainable tourism efforts in the region.

Morning and Afternoon Game Drives with Expert Guides

The safari experience includes twice-daily game drives, in the morning and afternoon, with experienced guides who are well-versed in the local wildlife. These drives give you the opportunity to spot a wide variety of animals, from the Big Five to the lesser-known species, and learn about the ecosystems you're exploring.

Domestic Flights Between Safari Destinations

Domestic flights between key destinations (e.g., from Arusha to Serengeti or Tarangire) are included in your package, providing a smooth transition between the parks and ensuring more time for safari adventures rather than long road transfers.

1% Bed Levy, VAT, Service Charges, and Other Applicable Government Taxes

The package includes all local taxes such as the 1% bed levy, Value Added Tax (VAT), and service charges. These are required by the Tanzanian government and help to support the infrastructure and services that benefit tourists and the local economy.

Tour Exclusion

Travel Insurance, Boutique Purchases, Masai Village Contribution, Gratuities, and All Other Personal Expenses

Travel insurance is not included, so guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for coverage on health, cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances. Any boutique purchases made at lodges or camps, as well as voluntary contributions to visit local villages (e.g., Masai Village), and tips for guides, drivers, or lodge staff are not included in the price. These are personal expenses and are paid directly by guests.

International Flights

International flights from your home country to Tanzania are not included. You’ll need to arrange and pay for your flights to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or another arrival airport.

Personal Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in the package. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and lost luggage during your travels.

Storage or Transport of Excess Luggage

Any additional costs related to the storage or transport of excess luggage, either before or during the safari, are not included. It's advisable to pack light, as many safari vehicles have limited storage space.

Bank Charges and All Services Not Mentioned Above

Any bank fees, such as those related to credit card transactions or currency exchange, are not included. Additionally, any services or experiences not explicitly listed in the inclusions—such as additional activities, spa services, or special requests—will incur extra charges.
