Day by day itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Arusha / Lake Duluti
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you are warmly met and transferred to Lake Duluti Lodge. After check-in, take time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge before settling into your comfortable accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, surrounded by nature and calm scenery.
Day 2: Arusha – Ngorongoro Area
After an early breakfast, depart with your Ankwa Tours guide toward the Ngorongoro highlands. Enjoy scenic views along the way and a picnic lunch en route. Arrive in the afternoon at Marera View Lodge, where you can relax, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the beautiful landscapes before dinner and overnight on a half-board basis.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater Experience
Following breakfast, continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an unforgettable wildlife experience. Descend into the crater for exceptional game viewing, with chances to see a wide variety of animals in a compact area. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before returning to Marera View Lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

Day 4: Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, journey toward the legendary Serengeti, passing through stunning landscapes and open plains. Arrive in time for afternoon wildlife viewing and a picnic lunch along the way. As the sun sets, head to Thorn Tree Camp, where you will enjoy dinner and a peaceful overnight stay on a full-board basis in the heart of nature.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti
After breakfast, depart Ndutu and drive into the vast plains of Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game viewing en route as wildlife becomes more abundant. Arrive at central Serengeti and continue exploring the park before reaching Thorn Tree Camp. Spend the evening unwinding, followed by dinner and an overnight stay on a full-board basis.

Day 6: Serengeti – Arusha – Departure
After breakfast, begin your journey back toward Arusha, enjoying final views of Tanzania’s landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and a day room at Arusha Planet Lodge to freshen up. Later, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of a memorable safari.
